Emma and I connected because I was searching for some insight into the experience that my customers were having in my tanning salons.

 

I thought that all I wanted to know was how we were performing, maybe just a rating out of ten. What I received however was so much more, I discovered my company’s strengths and weakness in the eyes of the people that matter the most and to top it all off I received some brilliant ideas for how to take my company forward.
