We engaged Emma, “All things Customer”, to help us to construct a Customer Satisfaction Survey to release to our Membership. 

Emma has a wealth of knowledge around customer service and satisfaction and really brought a new and welcomed angle to gauging our KPIs in these areas.

 

She helped us develop a series of survey’s covering a wide range of our services.

 

Her knowledge, experience and customer focussed approach enabled us to ask the right questions, in the right way to ensure the customer feedback received was as meaningful as possible.

 

She is friendly, efficient and easy to communicate with while being very focussed on the task at hand.
