The research objective was to understand the state of leadership in Jersey and we received 700+ responses across a broad cross-section of organisations.
Some key findings included:
On average, participants rated leadership in their organisation 6.1/10
Just over half of respondents saw their CEO as a leader, the other half saw them as a manager
91% of respondents would prefer to work for a leader
