Emma at All Things Customer provided great direction in how best we may do that. Offering guidance in both the structure of our survey and how to respond to the client feedback.
As a result we are now developing an Omni Channel of communication with our clients that will provide an ongoing two way dialogue that will enable the team at Rossborough to keep improving their solutions to meet with the ever evolving needs of our clients.
